TRAVEL
It is the responsibility of all participants to make their way to the adventures start point and from finish point unless advised otherwise.
ACCOMMODATION
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures includes high-quality accommodation where possible.
MEDICAL
It is required that all participants are in good health before and while on adventure.
If you have any medical problems, you must inform us before the commencement of the adventure.
It must be understood that One Of A Kind Photography Adventures and our staff are not medical personnel and have no expertise in this area as medical Doctors. The adventure vehicle carries a basic first aid kit for minor injuries only. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures accepts no responsibility for medications or lack of access to medicines. We suggest before leaving if you have any health problems or concerns you consult your physician for any advice regarding any medication/care needed. If you have any life-threatening conditions such as anaphylaxis, we suggest you bring along a partner/carer who is well informed of your condition and knows what to do in the event of an emergency. Other participants on the adventure accept no responsibility regarding the provision of medical care. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the provision of medical care.
INSURANCE
We recommended that you have the appropriate insurance for our adventures.
Health Insurance, Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, Emergency Medical Expense Coverage, Trip Cancellation Insurance, Life Insurance, Baggage Loss and Delay Reimbursement and Equipment Insurance.
ADVENTURE FEES
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures operates as a non-profit cost share basis only. Your adventure fee includes modern transport, appropriate number of nights accommodation (see website or contact us), parks passes and ferry transport. Your adventure fee does not include airfares, airport taxes, privately solicited transport to and from adventure start and end points, or personal items. Also not included are insurances needed for the adventure, travel accident, travel delay, baggage delay or theft (we recommend you organise the appropriate coverage well before coming on adventure), medical or hospitalisation costs.
REFUND POLICY
To book a place on One Of A Kind Photography Adventures you need to pay the fee in full at the time of booking or at the very least a deposit fee. The deposit will secure your place on the adventure and is NON-REFUNDABLE should you choose to cancel for any reason. The remaining balance of the cost is due 3 calendar months before the scheduled start date of the adventure. If for some reason you have to cancel One Of A Kind Photography Adventures will make every effort to fill your place.
CANCELLATION
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to cancel any adventure before the date due to a low number of participants or personal illness. In the event of a low number of participants or illness all One Of A Kind Photography Adventures fees and deposits will be refunded in full or may be transferred to another adventure within 24 months of the previously booked adventure.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to cancel any adventure for any reason. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, One Of A Kind Photography Adventures fees will be promptly refunded. This refund will be the limit of One Of A Kind Photography Adventures liability. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible for any issues, expenses or damages which may occur as a result of cancellation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ONE OF A KIND PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURES
This section defines our responsibility with respect to all of our adventures, please read it carefully:
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, or any other occurrences over which there is no control.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ONE OF A KIND PHOTOGRAPHY ADVENTURES HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CHARACTERISED.
One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to substitute hotels, facilities, and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable. The right is also reserved to cancel any adventure before the start date of the refund of all payments received, which shall release One Of A Kind Photography Adventures from further liability. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the adventure (i.e. non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, equipment, etc.) One Of A Kind Photography Adventures reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any member of any adventure should such person’s actions impede the operation of the adventure or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other members of the adventure, and it is agreed that no refunds will be given in such circumstances. One Of A Kind Photography Adventures strives to provide a safe environment for all participants to learn and photograph in. There are always risks associated with travel, One Of A Kind Photography Adventures is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness or death as a result of adventure participation.
